Dejligt anderledes hotel. poolområde en lille fredelig oase. God arkitektur. Venligt personale. Fin, fin morgenmad, og morgenmadscafe. perfekt beliggenhed til en kombi relax og forretningsrejse. Rengøringen af værelset i de 5-6 dage, vi var der, kunne godt være bedre. Der kunne godt være nye ubrugte hjemmesko ( engangs) til rådighed. Der stod to par gamle og brugte (uæstetiske) i skabet. Man savnede håndklæder til poolen, og en tynd madas at lægges i træsolbænken. Men vi savnede først og fremmest en brochure med information om hotellets faciliteter. receptionsfolkene var flinke; men der var stor forskel på deres viden om hotellet og byen. Fandt f.eks. først ud af efter 3 dage, at man gratis kunne få internet opkobling på værelset. Vi sprugte efter det ved ankomsten; men fik forkert information. Da vi 3. dag skulle maile og ringe ( over skype) pga. en ulykke i familen, fik vi pludselig at vide, at vi godt kunne få en internet opkobling. da havde vi allerede brugt en del penge på mobilopringninger. |

The pool was fantastic! The service staff at the reception were also very prompt in answering our queries and in helping book a cab. The quality of the breakfast buffet in terms of food and layout has much room for improvement. For example, the place was messy and staff were very harried because of the queues.This was a letdown especially after the good first impression from the hotel design, pool and room. |

The service, they immidiately take action to take us to Harbour front while it was raining by their car. I'm very thankful with that special service since we bring 4 children with us. One of the room smells something wet which didn't really dry. Probably cause of the floor covered with carpet(which not dry) |

The beautiful swimming pool. F&b is definitely something you can improve - healthier stuff and less fried/oil. In terms of layout, there is much that can be done for your indoor dining area (ground floor). Perhps dining at the rooftop instead as it has spectacular view. |

Sad to say very disappointed with the hotels cuz the brochures & sites differs tremendously fr the adverts. Rooms too small , hardly enough space to walk. The toilets old & barely any facilities. Need to renovate to some standard if the charges are to be maintained. |

The pool. Some of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Lack of information in room about hotel, location and facitilies. No minibar, would expect a minibar seeings as there is not 24 hour room service. Room service food was cold on arrival. They took away our facewashers and bath mat when making up room, and forgot to replace them. Had to pay for internet use at reception. Lack of options on restaurant and room service menu. |

The area the resort is located in. Rooms are located opposite a club that continues head banging music to the early hours of Sat morning. |

We liked the location and our room which has beach view, easiness to go out and not necessarily depended on taxi. Food also are very easy to find, everywhere there are places to sit and eat. Room's carpet were smelling humid, and breakfast need to be improve! |

1) Near to the beach, convenience. 2) Staff are considerate and very friendly. They automatically upgrade my booking to Delux Queen when they know that I came with 2 young children. |
