The entrance hall is stunning, and the room facilities are well
appointed.. We only used the restaurant once ( buffet dinner) which was
outstanding. Room air-con actually did what it was supposed to do. Hotel
is well located in the centre of the city.

Surrounded by taller buildings so no view to speak of from the room.
Breakfast was expensive - but there are any number of eating places
around Scotts/Orchard roads

The price in the end was a lot higher than expected. Drinks and food in the hotel were also very expensive.

the hospitality of the hotel was fantastic. Being of the black race you hartdly get a balanced world view in todays hotels. I enjoyed my stay tremendously.

The internet facility needs a fast upgrade, for a business hotel the speed of the facility was just too slow. I hope it would better when next i visit

The staff was always willing to help.

Our first room had ants, so they transferred us to a second room. The second room was smaller and more cramped even though we paid for an upgrade. For some reason our keys were constantly having to be reprogrammed. It was just a pain having to go down to the front desk to accomplish this each time.

The hotel is excellently situated and the staff well trained and helpful. The breakfast buffet is very good value.

The hotel location means that views are poor and standard rooms do not have a bath

it was really nice close to main drag helpful staff really recomend

small thing but this goes 4 all of singopore they dont incude taxes so u really dont know how much things really cost till u purchase including hotel

their free internet access was very useful for me, though I stayed executive floor. and the staff included executive lounge ones were nice. I think that this hotel's executive room is reasonable to stay.
