In the center of town and close to all attractions. Excellent view on the 15th floor of the harbour. Need to clean the room every day and we should not have to phone reception to get towels etc |

Its Location. They had not received any details about my booking from yourselves. We had to wait a long time at reception to get a room. Lucky they were not fully booked out. |

Great choice of two pools depending on the time of day. Clean rooms, as well as prompt and friendly housekeeping. Very good location, close to Clarke Quay which is brilliant for dinner (may I suggest an Italian boutique restaurant called Ricciotti on the far side of the water). Great views from our room in the Peninsula Tower. There were renovations of which we were unaware. Reception staff were very dismissive and inattentive. Upon arrival, it took 5mins before our presence was acknowledged and we were checked in, yet there were 7 staff behind the desk. We were told our room wasn't ready and that we needed to come back in a hour. Not happy. |
