ja... doch... Ja, wenn man um einen Service bitten, der nicht Routine ist, wirds kompliziert. Ich wollte nur ein paar neue Handtücher und mußte ein paar mal nachklingeln... liegt wohl auch am Sprachproblem manchmal. |

The location The staff was not very helpful, several things did not work in the room, the room was noisy..definitely not a four star hotelat this point. I understand that Pan Pacific just took over this hotel so maybe it will get better with time. Very long wait to check out as no real reception desk. |

regarding staff, services, cleanliness, etc. everything was ok Due to nois from renovating work, it was not possible to stay in the room during daytime. The room we stayed in should be closed until the work was finished. |

It was quiet, yet not that far away from amenities and shopping. The Pacific Club room was good, service extremely prompt with requests attended to almost immediately. Staff went to great lengths to accomodate. The complimentary evening cocktails was indeed welcomed and many guests took delight in participating with generous serving of food and especially a wide range of beverage. I had a very great rate and it was value's worth for what I ultimately paid. |
