Attentive staff, extremely clean and value for money The room service menu was the same as the one in the restaurant. They should have a more extensive list in the restaurant. Wasted our time to dress up to go down to the restaurant only to realise it is the same as the room service menu. |

we were upgraded to a suite at nil cost- bonus! We also asked about late check out and were given the option of either a noon checkout at no cost or a 6pm checkout for half the day rate- also suited us down to the ground |

All staff were genuinely very friendly, no forced smiles and went out of their way to assist where ever possible. The cleanliness of our room was first rate as were the personnel who serviced our room every day. Top class. No, there was nothing I did not like about this hotel. |

Great location, very friendly service. They had run out of the kind of room we booked and upgraded us to an Executive Club Room with no extra charge. On arrival the receptionist searched quite a while for a room for us, and we were beginning to doubt their efficiency. And on the second day we ordered one American Breakfast for room service, meaning to share, but the hotel served two without even asking us because there were two people in the room. |

I stayed in an Executive room and found the executive check-in very good and the executive lounge was also very useful and pleasant. Of course breakfast was included in the price, which was also well presented and very good.
The hotel has obviously been there for a very long time and although very well situated for Orchard Road and the business district, it is starting to look very tired and in need of a complete makeover or refurbishment. It’s still comfortable, but is in need of a makeover.
