I liked the service of the Executive Floor personnel. The rooms on 4-th floor are under renovation. Don't get a room on 5th floor if you can avoid it! |

The location is exellent. Walkig distance to MRT, shopping area, visitors centre and best of all.. halal food was available right across the street.The staff were also very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed every bit of our stay! |

Location, service, check in and out was fast At arrival receptionist informed us about renovations going on from 9am- 6pm.Getting to the room found a letter saying renovation works are going on from 10am-6pm. (Inconsistancy) Unfortunatelly 2 out of 3 mornings construction work has started at 8 25-8 30am.Disappointing very much.But the way the receptionist has managed the issue was very efficiant and professional.COngratulations 4 the training |

The staff at the Holiday Inn were all very nice and provided excellent service. I would stay there again. |

It was a well located hotel. We were out for most of the day so really did not have much of a chance to sample the services. But the staff was polite and helpful and the room we finally got was pretty nice. Though I think we were upgraded. When we were checking in we were informed that the hotel was undergoing renovation. We asked for a smoking room away from the noise. They agreed and asked for 45 mins. We came back after over an hour and a half and were shown to an extremely small and dingy no smoking room with a lot of loud drilling noises. After complaining we were shown to a much better room on the 7th floor away from the noise |

Attentive staff, extremely clean and value for money The room service menu was the same as the one in the restaurant. They should have a more extensive list in the restaurant. Wasted our time to dress up to go down to the restaurant only to realise it is the same as the room service menu. |

we were upgraded to a suite at nil cost- bonus! We also asked about late check out and were given the option of either a noon checkout at no cost or a 6pm checkout for half the day rate- also suited us down to the ground |

All staff were genuinely very friendly, no forced smiles and went out of their way to assist where ever possible. The cleanliness of our room was first rate as were the personnel who serviced our room every day. Top class. No, there was nothing I did not like about this hotel. |
