location next to my working place and next to shopping centres

Hotel air-conditioning was too cold - all the guests were complaining, had to wear jersey's inside hotel

central location, walking distance to all major city life events

did not like that quoted prices are not sort of All-in. This would make more convenient and avoid some misunderstanding later on.

The lobby area was very impressive, welcoming, and cool. It was very spacious and we enjoyed sitting there to plan our day.The location is superb, near to where the open top city tours stop, and also the MRT station.

I honestly cannot say there was anything we did not like. The location is superb. The staff were very friendly and helpful.The room was largeenough, and quiet, with coffee and tean facilities, and a safe.

Impossible to use keycard system in the lift that meant you had to go down before you could go up. Even the staff struggled.

Some the staff (eg head porter; Coffee Shop staff) are very good and have a friendly attitude, which is unusual in Singapore.

The room I was assigned smelled of damp and each time I stay at this hotel the room I get seems to get smaller and less well appointed.

Good location close to subway and attractions. Hotel is comfortable, rooms are of decent size and very nice. We did not have breakfast at hotel but there are lots of places nearby to have a good and cheap breakfast

was rated 5 star which I would not agree with at all. We could hear everything in the hall and the tv in the next room, so soundproofing was dreadful

There was bad smell from toilet , due to bad ventilation or rotten part ? Air cond was some how not working well as it was hot at night during sleeping
