The location of the hotel

1. The sound of plumbing system from other room disturb us very much, 2. The pillow is too soft, not comfort, 3. TV remote controller not working properly

I have always stayed in this hotel. I think this is my 4th time to stay here. The location is perfect!

Nothing really. Taxi cabs do struggle with the change in name. I always needed to mention the old hotel name before they made sense of where I wanted to go.

Opposite To Paragon Medical Suite (walking distance to hospital (medical reason)

Staff not proffesional.I checked in at 3.15 pm (late already) , yet room requested not ready. Agree to change to non smoking room, but when check in, room still use by other guest!. No staff say apologize at all. BTW, staff handed me offer to other staff when its my turn to registered (I queed already for quite sometimes!!) Note: note confortable situation for customer who just did her operation)

Initial room allocated was not what we requested - non-smoking and double bed. However, was changed immediately upon request.

The staff - nothing was too much trouble

My room looked out over the vback of the hotel - there was a lot of noise from the AirCon extractor fans in other buildings - the gym was small and cramped - there was no running machine

Location, staff were friendly, and food ameneties were good and close.

A lack of working technology. Radio wasn't working except for a single channel; tv at times was fuzzy....but nothing dramatic and substantially important.

The staff of the Hotel is very friendly and cooperative. The most important is the location of the hotel as it is siutated in the middle of the orchard road and near to good shopping Malls.

The rooms need to be renovated as there decore is old now.
