Location is good, hotel is clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is great.

We wait quite a long time to get our room, they told that they didn't get any confirmation or email from booking.com; only after a long time check, they finally confirm our booking

The booking was made at the last minute from Changi Aiport and I was not able to print the confirmation letter. The hotel staff did not have details of the booking so there was a delay of around one hour before the reservation was confirmed. There appeared to be some difference between the website offer and the hotels understanding of its offer e.g. breakfast. Issues were resolved.
